OUr process
Successful construction hinges on clear, detailed and responsive dialogue amongst the client, architect, builder and many subcontractors that bring a project to life. This process begins with the dream, continues through design, comes together with the build, and only ends when the homeowner is happily moved in. Mountain Town Building Co. prides itself in the level of attention we bring throughout this process. We are adept at helping clients navigate the following steps:
Bringing a contractor’s eye to architectural drawings
Establishing value engineering parameters
Choosing materials and fixtures
Setting a budget
Setting a timeline
Overseeing long lead time procurement
Scheduling Subcontractors
Preparing the site
Managing the build
Overseeing furniture procurement and install
ALLEGRA PARISI
Allegra’s career in Construction began more than 20 years ago when she graduated from The University of Notre Dame with a degree in Architecture. She gained early experience working on the design teams for architectural firms including: Arquitectonica, Adam Tihany, Michael Graves, and Robert AM Stern. Soon after, Allegra realized that her true love for architecture was found in the field where projects actually come to life. At The Related Companies she would lead the construction and design teams building hotel and luxury residential projects in the US and for The KOR Development Group in the British West Indies. During this time, she had the pleasure of working alongside designers like Kelly Wearstler, Phillipe Stark, and Todo Ando. Aside from vertical construction, Allegra was recruited to be part of a Land Development company that focused on reclamation and development in California. From former navy bases to limestone quarries; Allegra led public private partnerships for sites ranging from 500 - 20,000 Acres focusing on re-entitlement, infrastructure and community benefit.
Moving to Jackson WY, in 2016, but continuing to commute back and forth to San Diego as her personal development projects continued, Allegra found a home and sense of community. During this time, she worked as an owner’s representative and witnessed the nuances of building in this region. In 2021, she and her partner, Miller Resor, founded Mountain Town Building Company. To date, Allegra and her team have completed both ground up and significant renovation projects in: Teton Valley, Teton County, and Sublette County. Working for herself, Allegra synthesized the skills required in large scale development: quality, scheduling, and budget and applied those skills to private clients.
“Each Project is so unique; it is important to live in the details. Personal attention is what each build deserves for the sake of the client, the team, and the process.”
MILLER RESOR
